At VoltGo India, we prioritize a transparent and user-friendly experience for all EV pre-bookings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled through our mobile app and Razorpay payment integration.

✅ 1. Booking Cancellation

You can cancel your EV pre-booking at any time before the vehicle is dispatched or confirmed by our partner.

🔁 2. Automatic Refund Process

All eligible cancellations trigger an automatic refund through Razorpay.

🔄 3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your booking at no extra cost using the app, subject to availability. No cancellation charges apply if rescheduling is done before confirmation.

⚠️ 4. Payments During Testing

Warning: This version of the app contains a payment gateway for testing purposes.
