At VoltGo India, we prioritize a transparent and user-friendly
experience for all EV pre-bookings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy
explains how cancellations and refunds are handled through our mobile
app and Razorpay payment integration.
✅ 1. Booking Cancellation
You can cancel your EV pre-booking at any time before the vehicle is
dispatched or confirmed by our partner.

If you cancel before confirmation, the booking is automatically
cancelled, and a full refund is initiated instantly.

If you cancel after confirmation or partner approval, partial charges
may apply based on partner rules.
🔁 2. Automatic Refund Process
All eligible cancellations trigger an automatic refund through Razorpay.
- No manual request is needed
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days

Amount will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10
working days, depending on your bank or card provider
🔄 3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your booking at no extra cost using the app, subject
to availability. No cancellation charges apply if rescheduling is done
before confirmation.
⚠️ 4. Payments During Testing
Warning: This version of the app contains a payment gateway for testing
purposes.

Please do not make real payments unless you're part of a test or have
been asked to do so.

If you have paid during testing, contact our support immediately for a
refund.
🚫 5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellations made after confirmed partner dispatch
- No-show or failure to attend the scheduled booking
- Multiple cancellations without valid reasons
