Welcome to VoltGo India. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and website. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

VoltGo India is a platform that enables users to pre-book electric vehicles (EVs) via a mobile app. Users can schedule, cancel, or reschedule their bookings and make payments securely.

2. User Responsibilities

By using VoltGo India, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Use the app only for lawful and intended purposes
• Refrain from tampering with or misusing the application or payment systems

3. Payments & Test Warning

Payments made through the app use Razorpay as a secure gateway. This version of the app includes the payment feature for testing purposes.

Users are advised not to make real payments unless instructed.

If you make a test payment, please contact +91-7297649100 for verification or refund.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled through the app.
• Cancellations before confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
• Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued as per our [Refund & Cancellation Policy]. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on VoltGo India are the property of VoltGo India or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. APK Distribution Disclaimer

The VoltGo India app is currently distributed as an Android APK. By installing it:

• You acknowledge that it is not yet available on Google Play Store.
• You accept the responsibility for enabling unknown sources on your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoltGo India is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app
• Transactions made without our instruction or verification
• Device or system issues resulting from improper installation

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Bengaluru.
